Basically? You're the person who picks up when someone reaches out to a law firm after getting injured.

Your job is communicating professionally, gathering information, staying organized, and helping the firm understand what's going on.

And no, we do not expect you to already know how to do that. That's literally what the training is for.

We also help with resume guidance, interview preparation, communication coaching, and remote work readiness so you feel more confident entering a professional environment for the first time.
The training is completely free for candidates. We charge a one-time placement fee to the hiring firm, never to you.

Submit your application to be considered for the next training group.

Review and interview
We review every application carefully. If you're selected to move forward, we'll contact you by email to schedule an interview.

Don't stress too much. We're not expecting you to already know how law firms work. We mostly want to get to know you.

Training week
Five days of live training, plus some homework and practice outside training hours. You need to take it seriously and show up consistently, because the role itself comes with real responsibility.

Final assessment
The final assessment helps us determine whether you're ready to move forward into placement opportunities. Candidates who do not pass are welcome to reapply after six months.

Placement pool
Candidates who successfully complete training and assessment move into our placement pool for future opportunities with U.S. personal injury law firms.

Start working
Once matched with a firm, you start working remotely, improving your English every day, building professional connections, and getting paid in U.S. dollars from wherever you are.
